All returns must be initiated and sent within 3 days from the date of purchase. The items must be in an unused condition and all tags and labels must be intact. Ensure that the goods are not damaged or handled roughly.
The product should be packed in its original packaging along with the received invoice and sent to seller’s address. The charges for the return shipping will be reimbursed by us.
Once we receive the products, a thorough inspection will be conducted and then refund will be initiated. It is worth noting that we will take a minimum of (7) seven days to process your refund post the receipt of the products. Again, depending on your credit card bank, it may take up to 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement. You will receive an email when the refund is processed.
In case of faulty or damaged products, please feel free to contact our customer care for a refund or exchange.
Items purchased on Sale cannot be returned.
An item can be returned only if the fault lies with the seller. That is, when the seller sends wrong product/expired item/damaged item.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be returned.
Be doubly sure while purchasing an item. We cannot accept any return based on customer’s change in preferences.
